Shiva completed her Massage Therapy training at ACMT, where she developed a strong interest in holistic, client-centered care and understanding the body as a whole. She is a proud member of CMMOTA and is committed to providing safe, ethical, and effective treatments.

She is trained in a variety of modalities, including therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release. Shiva enjoys working with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including chronic pain, stress, and tension, and she often combines techniques to best support each client’s individual needs.

Her treatment approach is holistic and individualized, with a focus on identifying the root cause of discomfort rather than simply treating symptoms. Each session is tailored to the client’s goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle.

Shiva commonly works with clients experiencing pain throughout the body, from neck and shoulder tension to back, hip, knee, and ankle discomfort. She believes wellness is achieved through awareness, movement, and education, and her goal is to help clients feel empowered.

She is passionate about continued learning and expanding her knowledge and skills to better support her clients. Shiva chose to work at Holistic Mobility because the clinic’s movement-based, collaborative philosophy strongly aligns with her values and long-term approach to care.
