Tia-Christina Martineau

I've spent the last decade working across the health and wellness industry, and one thing has remained consistently clear. Most pain and quality of life improves with the right combination of movement and hands on care. In my practice, I blend massage therapy , manual osteopathy, functional movement, and exercise rehab to address pain at its root. My goal is to help every client build long-lasting results that include improved strength, mobility, and confidence through empowered movement.

My approach is deeply shaped by my own journey. As a strongwoman athlete who has pushed through multiple injuries, including MCL tears, pinched nerves, and chronic muscle imbalance and dysfunctions, I know what it feels like to loose movement mentally, and physically and what it takes to earn it back. And it starts when you decide to education yourself and take back control of your health. Working on my own wellness journey, rehab became more than recovery; it became a blueprint for how I treat, how I train, and ultimately how Holistic Mobility came to life. Today I use that same blend of determination, curiosity, and evidence-based care to help my clients feel capable, resilient, and supported in their own bodies, while providing you with the keys to unlock your health.
