When your body is sore or your movement feels restricted, the last thing you need is a long drive across the city to get care. Where a clinic sits on the map matters more than people expect, because the appointments you actually keep are usually the ones that fit easily into your week. We want to walk you through where we are, the areas we serve, and what you can expect when you visit us in South Edmonton.

Where to Find Us in South Edmonton

Holistic Mobility is located inside Evolve Strength South Commons at #9, 1910 102 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6N 1N3. The clinic sits within the facility rather than in a separate medical building, so you will find us in a calm treatment space with parking available on site.

Whether you already train at Evolve Strength or are simply looking for a clinic nearby, you are welcome to book with us.

Which Neighbourhoods Are We Close To?

Our location near Calgary Trail and the Anthony Henday makes us convenient for much of south Edmonton. Clients travel to us from a number of nearby communities, including:

  • Summerside and Ellerslie, both a short drive along Ellerslie Road

  • Heritage Valley, Rutherford and Chappelle, just west along the south side

  • Windermere and Ambleside, a straightforward trip across the Henday

  • Blackmud Creek, Twin Brooks and Keswick

  • Leduc, Beaumont and Nisku, for those coming from just outside the city

If you are travelling from further north or west, the Henday tends to be the easiest approach, and appointments later in the day may help you avoid busier traffic.

What We Offer

Our clinic brings together several hands-on therapies under one roof, which means you do not have to visit separate locations for different kinds of care.

Massage therapy with our registered massage therapists covers therapeutic and deep tissue work, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and treatment for concerns such as jaw tension, headaches and recovery following injury.

Manual osteopathy takes a whole-body view, looking at how restriction in one area may be affecting movement or comfort somewhere else. A first session is approximately ninety minutes and begins with a full assessment.

Stretch therapy is assisted, hands-on work focused on mobility and range of motion rather than on pain alone, which many people find pairs well with their training.

Is a Clinic Inside a Fitness Facility Right for You?

Being located within Evolve Strength South Commons has some practical advantages, particularly if movement is already part of your routine. Treatment and training happen in the same place, which can make recovery easier to keep up with rather than something that gets postponed.

That said, you do not need to be training at all to benefit from what we offer. Many of the people we see come to us for everyday concerns such as desk-related neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, recovery after a motor vehicle accident, or simply feeling stiffer than they would like.

What Can You Expect From a First Visit?

Your first appointment begins with a conversation. We want to understand what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping to get back to. An assessment follows, and treatment is adjusted to what your body needs on the day rather than to a fixed routine.

You will also receive suggestions for what may help between sessions. This might involve gentle movement, adjustments to how you sit or sleep, or simply an idea of how often to come in at first. Nothing is prescriptive, and you are always welcome to ask questions as you go.

How Does Insurance and Direct Billing Work?

Many extended health plans provide coverage for massage therapy and manual osteopathy, though the amount and the conditions may depend on your specific plan. Some plans require a doctor's note, and osteopathy is sometimes covered at a different rate than massage therapy.

We are able to direct bill a number of insurers, which means you may only need to pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment. Our direct billing guide explains how this works and what to bring to your first visit. If direct billing has not been arranged in advance, you can pay at the time of your appointment and submit the receipt to your provider yourself.

Booking an Appointment

Appointments can be booked online through our booking page, where you can see availability and choose the practitioner and service that suit you. If you are unsure which service is the right starting point, book an assessment and mention it. Your practitioner will let you know honestly if a different approach would serve you better.

You are also welcome to reach us by phone at 587-986-9061, or through our contact page, if you would prefer to ask a question before booking.

Your comfort matters. Having somewhere close to home to turn to when your body needs attention makes a real difference, and we would be glad to support you in moving more easily and feeling more like yourself again.
